Hosta Emily Dickinson will form a medium mound of about 18"-22" in height and 36"-40" a spread of upt o 40", at maturity. This is another in the line of great variegated foliage hostas with very fragrant flowers. It forms a medium sized, somewhat upright, mound of leaves that are slightly rounded, long, ovate, medium green in colour, with a cream margin. In mid summer, the clumps are topped with 30" scapes of dark lavender very fragrant flowers. A great specimen beside an entranceway. It has a good strong growth rate, allowing quick establishment and maturity. Slugs may attack the older leaves, but generally trouble free, tolerant to some sun.
