Hosta Golden Spear will form a small sized clump of 20-30cm in height, with a spread of up to 75cm at maturity. It has a mass of spear-shaped green leaves with a wide central midrib of cream-yellow. A lovely very tidy, compact specimen. Looks fabulous in a container. It has lavender flowers, rising on 60cm scapes in July & August. Slug resistant and sun tolerant. These are young plants at point of sale and will take time to establish.
