Hosta Hope Spring Eternal will form a large, mound reaching 50cm-60cm in height, with a spread of up to 80cm at maturity. The heart-shaped, horizontal leaves are blue with a distinct creamy white margin and exhibit a formal growth habit. A notable characteristic of this plant is the pronounced ruffling on the leaves, which undulate gracefully to their pointed tips. In spring, the leaves display a blue hue with buttery yellow margins, transitioning to a more blue-green shade with creamy white margins by mid-summer. Subtle grey tones appear where the margin meets the centre of the leaf. Almost white flowers bloom on long scapes, extending up to 115cm, in the summer. This variety of Hosta is both slug resistant and sun tolerant.
