Hosta Bold Edger forms a medium sized mound, that reaches 30cm-45cm in height and can spread up to 120cm at maturity. This compact, yet upright Hosta features thick, ovate leaves that range from mid- to dark green, with broad, irregular yellow margins that become creamy-white as they age.  Its spreading habit creates an attractive mound. During July and August, it produces 75cm tall scapes of fragrant, funnel-shaped lavender flowers.Additionally, it is resistant to slugs and tolerant of sun exposure.
