Hosta Inca Gold develops into a small mound approximately 20cm to 25cm in height, with a spread of up to 40cm at maturity. This variety features lance-shaped yellow leaves that stand out compared to other small narrow-leafed golden Hostas. During July and August, it produces lavender flowers on scapes reaching up to 30cm. It exhibits a slow to medium growth rate, thus requiring some patience. Once well-established, it presents a stunning appearance. It prefers dappled to full shade and is not fond of direct sun but requires some sunlight to maintain its best colouration.
