The Hosta Coconut Custard will form a small clump, reaching a height of 18cm-22cm and a spread of up to 40cm upon maturity. It features heart-shaped yellow leaves with a waxy coating, creating a rich and creamy appearance. The plant is distinguished by its bright purple petioles that extend into the leaf. Frosted yellow scapes bearing lavender-coloured flowers appear in July, held on scapes up to 40cm tall. Despite its delicate appearance, it is a hardy grower and can tolerate substantial sunlight in cooler climates.
