What a great name! Hosta Grateful Red will form a medium sized mound of 30-40cm in height, with a spread of up to 55cm at maturity. It has pointed, dark grass-green leaves trimmed with a narrow, snow-white margin, held on bright red petioles. The red bleeds into the leaf, red edges and some blushing. Nice variety in combination with its large flowers. This Hosta has pale purple flowers held on 60cm scapes in July & August, and grows in semi shade and full shade. Part of our Special Collection.
