Hosta Great Escape will develop into a small to medium-sized mound, reaching 36cm to 40cm in height, with a spread of up to 90cm at maturity. This variety features a compact, wide mound of intensely blue-green leaves, each showcasing a broad, creamy white margin. The leaves are wide, heart-shaped, lightly wavy, and present a flat surface texture with a thick substance. In July and August, pale lavender flowers with darker lavender stripes bloom on 55cm scapes. Hosta Great Escape is a delightful sport of Halcyon, exhibiting both slug resistance and sun tolerance. It serves as an excellent, colourful medium-sized Hosta that can add a bright spot to any garden.
