Hosta Home Sweet Home will form a medium mound of 30-40cm in height, with a spread of up to 80cm at maturity. From Marco & Joyce Fransen, this is a sport of Hosta Sweet Home Chicago. It has a unique colour contrast with heart-shaped, lime-green leaves with a creamy margin. The margins are irregular in a zigzag pattern where it meets the leaf centre. The leaves become slightly wavy with maturity. In summer there is a lighter colour that streaks between the margin and centre colour. It has lavender flowers that start to bloom in July & August atop of 60cm scapes.
