Hosta Invincible will form a medium-large mound of 18"-24" in height, with a spread of up to 50", at maturity. It and produces smooth, green leaves with slightly-rippled margins and an unusual shiny surface on both sides. It has pointed glossy olive-green leaves of average substance, and sadly doesn't stand up to his name with regards to its pest resistance. Even though, it is still lovely, and does fabulously in a pot and has a superb growth rate. It is very useful in breaking up a mass of variegation. Fragrant, pale lavender flowers borne on 34" high scapes in July & into August. Can handle some sun but too much will lighten and burn the leaves. A great fragrant, sun tolerant Hosta.
