Hosta Invincible is medium-large selection growing up to 18"-24" in in height and 46"-50" in width at maturity, and produces smooth, green leaves with slightly-rippled margins and an unusual shiny surface on both sides. It has pointed glossy olive-green leaves of average substance, and sadly doesn't stand up to his name with regards to its pest resistance. Even though it is still lovely and does fabulously in a pot and has a superb growth rate. It is very useful in breaking up a mass of variegation. Fragrant, pale lavender flowers borne on 30" high scapes in summer. Can handle some sun but too much will lighten and burn the leaves. A great fragrant, sun tolerant Hosta
