Hosta Ivory Queen will form a small to medium-sized mound, typically reaching heights between 30cm and 45cm, with a spread of up to 80cm at maturity. It features reverse pattern variegation akin to Hosta Blue Ivory. This shade-loving Hosta forms an impressive mound of cream to near-white spear-shaped leaves, accented by broad, long-lasting blue-green margins that are slightly rippled, with touches of green jetting between them. During the height of summer, the white centres may become tinged with blue green, potentially turning solid blue. Pale lavender flowers bloom on 60cm scapes in June. Hosta Ivory Queen grows gradually and thrives best with some exposure to morning sunlight. Additionally, it is resistant to slugs.
