Leola Fraim will form a medium mound reaching 60cm-65cm in height, with a spread of up to 60cm at maturity. It features very dark green rounded leaves with broad white margins. As the leaves mature, they exhibit notable cupping, and the corrugation becomes highly pronounced. The cordate leaves range from medium to dark green with a white margin that varies in width, generally broader near the tip. Most leaves are cupped, with some being rugose. The scapes reach a height of 70cm, are bare and straight, and bear medium-sized funnel-shaped lavender flowers midseason, which are considered fertile. It is a vigorous grower, with good slug resistance for most of the season, and performs reasonably well in sunlight.
