Hosta Marmalade on Toast will form a large mound of 24"-30" in height, with a spread of up to 40", at maturity. This fast growing Hosta features heart-shaped, corrugated, blue to green elongated leaves with gentle wavy margins. It grows well even in deep shade. Due to the dense corrugated texture of the leaf, they are affected by slugs and snails much less. Give this one loose humus-rich soil with sufficient moisture content and it will reach its maximum size in 3-4 years. Lavender flowers appear on long scapes of up to 45", in August.
