Hosta Paradise Island will form a small to medium open mound, reaching a height of 30cm-45cm with a spread of 90cm at maturity. It features attractive heart-shaped, yellow leaves bordered by a tiny, dark green margin surrounding the brilliant yellow centre. The leaves are supported by red petioles, which, like its parent Hosta Fire Island, display red colouration extending into the leaf base. In June and July, lavender flowers bloom on scapes up to 55cm tall. Hosta Paradise Island has demonstrated considerable vigour and performance. It is sun tolerant.
