Hosta Platinum Tiara will form a small mound of about 14"-18" in height, with a spread of up to 40", at maturity. This is a sport of Hosta Golden Tiara, with chartreuse leaves and a thin white margin. It is a dense, clump-forming, Hosta bearing widely oval, golden yellow leaves with narrow white margins. Vigorous mound of attractive foliage perfect for the border of the garden. One of the brightest of all the Tiara's. Racemes of bell-shaped, purple flowers bloom on tall, slender 28" scapes in June & July. Vigorous growth rate and bright foliage. Sun tolerant but not slug resistant.
