Hosta Sunshine Glory forms a large mound of 24"-2*2 in height with a spread of up to 36£ at maturity. It has thick corrugated leaves. Forms a dense fountain of leaves which begin life yellow-shaded chartreuse and gradually age a much brighter lemony yellow-green with a white edge. One of the earlier varieties out of the ground. This Kevin Vaughn hybrid is still one of the most sought-after hostas of the early 1980's. The 3' wide clumps are composed of thick, round, intensely corrugated, limey-chartreuse leaves, each with a dramatic wide white border. These stunning clumps are topped in midsummer with 36" scapes of lavender flowers. Sun tolerant and in the main, slug resistant.& RHS Award Of Garden Merit.
