Hosta Lakeside Beach Bum will form a cute little mound of 8"-12" in height, with a spread of up to 20", at maturity. It will consist of cupped and corrugated blue-green foliage. Leaves are very blue in spring and blue-green in summer as the glaucous coating fades. Leaves become shiny and rubbery as the blue colour fades. Perfect hosta for the front of the garden. Almost white flowers, held on scapes of up to 18" appear in summer. Both sun tolerant and slug resistant.
