Hosta American Halo will form an impressive mound of 24"-30" in height with a spread of up to 60" at maturity. It carries corrugated foliage with large blue-green leaves that are surrounded by a wavy, wide creamy-white margin topped with white flowers in July & August on long scapes of 36". Requires one or two hours of morning or late afternoon sun. This Hosta is slow to reach maturity but will astonish you when it does. Large mound size at maturity. Rarely bothered by slugs and is OK in the sun but avoid the hottest parts of the day. Well worth the wait.
