Hosta Grand Tiara will form a low growing Hosta of 12"-16" in height,with a spread of up to 48", at maturity. Hosta Grand Tiara is a rapid growing sport of Hosta Golden Tiara but with a larger, wider brighter, gold margin and dark green centre. Small heart-shaped leaves are very attractive and shine in the garden. This hosta is always a go to when I am asked for a good border plant for a sunny area. Tall, striped purple flowers appear in July to August, on tall 26" scapes. One of the best border plant Hostas, grown especially for a sunny location.
