Hosta Coloured Hulk will form a medium-sized mound, reaching 36cm-40cm in height, with a spread of up to 45cm at maturity. It is characterised by thick, slightly cupped, heart-shaped lime green leaves with a prominent wide dark green border. The plant retains a stable light green centre throughout the season. Lavender flowers on long 60cm scapes emerge during July and August. This variety is both slug resistant and sun tolerant, although it prefers dappled shade with some sunlight to maintain colour intensity.
