Hosta fortunei Hyacinthina forms a medium-sized mound, reaching approximately 50cm to 60cm in height, with a spread of up to 100cm at maturity. This plant features dark green blue, rippled, rounded, lance-shaped leaves. It is a vigorous cultivar that produces bell-shaped mauve-white flowers, which create a striking contrast against the dark foliage, with mature scapes reaching up to 105cm. Thrives particularly well in partially shaded locations. Easy to maintain, it is an excellent choice for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of summer gardens. The leaves are of good substance, providing general resistance to slugs for most of the season.
